Fund Isaan granted Wa a scholarship in 2014 when she was 18 years old. She was studying in her final year of secondary school at Buached Witthaya School and waiting for the result of her entrance exams to university.
Wa was one of the best students in her province. Her grade was 95% and she was the chairman of the student’s council at her school. She received a special reward from His Majesty the late King Bhumibol for her volunteering work.

Fund Isaan granted Joy a scholarship when she was 19 and studying Office Management in her first year of high certificate at Surin Vocational College.
Joy is part of a family of three; her grandmother, her younger step-sister and Joy. They live in a house of an aunt in Surin city. Her parents divorced many years ago. Her father got remarried and has another child with his second wife. He lives in another province and never supported his daughter.

Over the last two months, Fund Isaan contacted all its active scholarship students, to get an update and to pay their scholarships for the second semester 2019/2020.
All but two of our students are on track to achieve their goals. Two students are on a sabbatical year to prepare for the next entrance exams to university.

Fund Isaan in sponsored by delaware installed four new computer classrooms in August, 2019. With the help of Klaas Vandeweerdt (Deloitte), Gino Wuytjens (Deloitte), Tom Hertsens (delaware), and Stijn Piron (delaware), all new classes were successfully installed at Thep Udom Witthaya School in Sangkha, Traimit Witthayasan School in Chomphra, Muang Bua Witthaya School in Chumphonburi and Piti-Dharmmanusorn (Singhaseni) School in Kab Cheung.
